◆ What to expect (Cooking Class)
Meet me at Todoroki station and walk for 13 minutes to my house. You will walk through the Todoroki Fudoson temple and a Japanese traditional garden before heading to my home. Join me in my home kitchen for your authentic Japanese cooking class or sweets class in Tokyo.

I will use simple ingredients and cooking techniques so that you can recreate each dish back home. During your 2-hour hands-on cooking class learn to make everything from scratch by yourself.

After cooking, sit down with me at my dining table to share the meal you helped prepare, which will be served with homemade dishes.

◆ All in-person classes are held in Japanese, English and Spanish at my house.

◆ I share authentic Japanese home cooking, traditional sweets, and matcha recipes with the world.

◆ I also introduce seasonal Japanese dishes, cultural food traditions, and easy recipes that can be made even outside Japan.
