I am Tomokita - a certified cooking teacher who lived in Thailand for 10 years and Mexico for 5 years. I was born and grew up in Tokyo.

I organised the first cooking class in Mexico, where I taught Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Korean to international expats.Through 15 years of experience as an expat, I learned that cooking is the best intercultural communication tool! So let’s have fun and enjoy cooking!
